The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. My Big Sister

My eldest sister Ann was the firstborn of 14 siblings, I am the youngest sister and she was the “BOSS! She was so positive, optimistic and AWESOME! She was so very special to me because I lived with her every time Shelton was sent to Korea or Vietnam. Ann had a way of making you believe that you could do anything, even if it was something that you had never done before. She would always give you praise for your accomplishments and it didn’t matter if it was something small or big, she made you feel like you had accomplished the biggest task ever! Ann and I both loved gadgets, cars, electronics and of course music, we could open up our own music store with our music library.  Ann was certainly one of a kind and a classy lady indeed! “King” was her last name, she was a Queen and Shelton her belated husband of 50+ years was a “King” and I believed that they lived a Royal life. Ann & Shelton had high standards and set great examples for our entire family on living the dream.  Ann rocked our world with joy and laughter. I will remember all the great times that we spent together, especially this past Christmas and New Year at my house. Ann will always remain in my heart forever and I miss her already!  I know that I will see her again someday in heaven, but for now....see you later alligator….as she would always say with a big smile.

Love you much, your baby sister Carol
