Richard passed away suddenly at home on January 29, 2018 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Mary Ann Patrick. Loving step-father to Justin Patrick (Karen Ramsten) and Krista Patrick (Chad Coughlin). Adored grandfather of Nathan Gibeault, Tanteona and Anika Coughlin. He will be sadly missed by his sister Toni Shaw (Martin Gibbs), extended family and friends. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 11:30 until 1:00 p.m.
