Dear Joan and Family, please accept my sincere condolences on Richie's passing. I'm stunned, likely we all are, to have heard the news. Richie had a personality that could fill a room, and often did. I was privileged to have had him as a manager, a team lead, a colleague, and most of all, a friend. I honestly can't remember a time at IBM without Richie being a part of whatever we did. Whether it was work related issue or one of the many the extra curricular activities we all participated in, he could always be relied on to bust someone's chops and share a laugh. We'll all miss him dearly.
