I am a relative of Doc by way my mother Claire Kreutz(Moyer), daughter of Estalee McCoy who married Clarence Kreutz of Northfield, NJ

I remember Doc well for many things on my visit down there.  I was only 13 at the time so these things below were memorable.  

He told me that my city bait would not catch anything in his pond unless I used live bait.  He was right because I ended using live grasshoppers to catch fish. 

Another memory of mine regarding him was the preparation for a pig roast.  He got his 22 and shot a pig between the eyes to kill it.  Then strung it up and gutted it so the blood would drain out it.  

The final thing I remember was staying at his house you had chores to do if you stayed there.  I ended staying at his brother Carls next door because I did not have to do anything. 

All in all, I remember he was great to his kids and wife Maxin.  Boy could she cook!  I know he will be missed.
