A mother's love is like no other. The same can be said of Lucille A Knudtson's. From her children to great grandchildren Lucille loved her family. Always ready with a kiss on the lips, she made sure to be a part of each of their lives. From attending hockey games of her grandchildren, filling all their bellies with all sorts of baked goodies, to sewing pretty much any article of clothing there is, Lucille made her presence known.
A long time resident of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Lucille Ann Knudtson passed away on February 2nd, 2018 at age 93. She was proceeded in death by her parents Helen and Erven Redding, siblings June Klish, Dorothy Jajewski, Dick Redding, and Ervin Redding. Husband Ellsworth, and son Michael.
She is survived by her children Kyran (Mary) Knudtson, Karen (Larry) Busse, Karla (Pat) Mosey, and Kim (Rick) Peskie, 9 grandchildren Nicole, Amy, Craig, Nathan, Beth, Brandon, Kayla, Dexter, and Jenna and 16 great grandchildren, sister Mary Redding and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Mass of a Christian Burial for Lucille will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stevens Point at 11:00AM on Wednesday February 7, 2018. Rev. Jerzy Rebacz will officiate. Burial will be at a later date. Friends and family will gather to share memories from 10:00-10:45AM on Wednesday at church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Heartland Hospice would be appreciated.
