Henry George  Diley Jr.
Henry G. Diley, Jr. 79 of Burgettstown, died Sunday, February 4, 2018 in the Donnell House, Washington.
He was born December 6, 1938 in Joffre, a son of the late Henry G. and Wanda Kuzior Diley, Sr.
Prior to retirement, Mr. Diley was employed by LTV Steel in Aliquippa.
He participated in a bowling league at the Slovenian Club in Burgettstown, and was a Deputy Constable for Cross Creek during the 1970’s. Mr. Diley was a charter member of the Jefferson Twp. Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, car races, and doing jigsaw puzzles and word search.
On July 31, 1959, he married Ann Robbins, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Patricia (Dennis) Knowlson of Washington, Beverly Thistlethwaite of Clarksville, Robert D. (Rita) Diley of Atlanta, GA, and Lisa Hucik of Weirton, WV, his brothers, Joe (Shirley) Diley of Columbiana, OH and James Diley of Biloxi, Mississippi, 10 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren and his beloved dog, Midnight.
Deceased in addition to his parents are his daughter, Jean Ann Diley, his son, Timothy Lee Diley, who died in infancy, his sisters, Virginia Haspel, and Kathy Diley, and his brothers, Thomas, and Donald Diley.

Friends will be received from 6-8 pm Tuesday, February 6, 2018 and 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday in the Taucher Funeral Home, 23 Erie Mine Road, Burgettstown, where services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, February 8, the Rev. Eileen Stone officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Florence.
