Obituary for Marie Estelle Ferguson (La Jambe)
Ferguson, Marie “Estelle” (nee La Jambe)
Peacefully on February 7, 2018 at the Hamilton General Hospital, Estelle Ferguson died in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late James Ferguson. Predeceased by her sister Antoinette, brother Gilbert, sister-in-law Mary Catherine Kowal and brother-in-law Maurice. Loving sister of Theresa (Clem) and Roland (Rose). Beloved “second mother” and aunt of Pat & Ernie, and beloved aunt of many other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Sunday, February 11th from 2-5pm. Prayers will be said on Sunday at 3pm. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Sts. Peter & Paul Parish on Tuesday, February 13th at 10 am. Burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sts. Peter & Paul Parish would be appreciated by the family.
