Hazel Clifford (80) of Falmouth, KY passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Ft. Thomas, KY. She was born in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 1 1937, daughter of Virginia Roots Cimbalnik and the late Martin Cimbalnik.

Hazel was a cashier at Pic-N-Pac, Wells Open Air and Bi-Rite in Falmouth and was in charge of payroll at Ladish for several years. Hazel was a member of the Red Cross, played a major roll for the Democratic Women’s Club and the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She also served on the Kincaid State Park board, was absolutely devoted to her children and enjoyed farming.

In addition to her mother Hazel is survived by her children Karen Schawe, Thomas, John, Jack and Mark Clifford, step children Clay Dennis Clifford and Carl Clifford, brothers Dennis and Francis Cimbalnik and 15- grandchildren. In addition to her father Hazel is preceded in death by her husband Clay Clifford, brother Marty Cimbalnik and step daughter Cynthia Schlom.

Arrangements will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
