Condolence: I want to wish Parrett family my very deepest Sympathy at this very sad time...Frank and I were very good friends for over at least 5 year's.. We'd have coffee every morning at Dunk'n Donuts West Haven..Frank was a Loyal and Honest man. He told it like it was and shot from the hip when he had something to say..The one thing I enjoyed doing with Frank is making him laugh..All that remain's are our good memories and they were all good.. I feel a great loss..But I know my friend Frank is a peace with God and having a reunion with family member that have passed on before him...Rest in Peace my Dear Friend...Jimmy Ballard
