Jordan Christopher  Madsen
Plainfield – Jordan Christopher Madsen age 28 passed away unexpectedly on February 8, 2018 at home. A lifelong resident of Plainfield, Jordan graduated from Bishop George Ahr in 2008 and attended Montclair University. At the time of his death, Jordan was employed by Fischer Contracting, Inc. of South Plainfield.
When not working, Jordan enjoyed going to the gym, playing basketball, and spending time at the Jersey Shore. He was a true animal lover with a passion for music and movies. He was a diehard sports fan with a preference for the J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets, and he bled Duke blue.
He is survived by his loving parents, James and Kathleen (McCoid)Madsen and two brothers, Jason Madsen and Jens Madsen, his wife, Heather (Merritt) Madsen and his nephew Joshua Madsen.
He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Evelyn McCoid. He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather John McCoid and his paternal grandparents, Jens and Phyllis Madsen. He was loved and will be dearly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the McCriskin-Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, New Jersey followed by a funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, South Plainfield, NJ.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
