Obituary for Marilyn H. Failey

Marilyn H. Failey of Main St., Collins Center died Monday, February 12, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo at the age of 87.

She was born April 29, 1930 in Hamburg, NY a daughter of the late Lloyd and Elsie (nee Bigelow) Quick.

She worked on the production line at Fisher Price in Holland.

She is survived by her children: Lynne (Heath) Lunn of Indiana, Gayle (Ronald) Gominiak of Collins Center, and Kevin (Melissa) Failey of Tennessee; her siblings: Doris Rice of Springville and Richard Quick of West Valley; also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, her sisters-in-law: Shirley Quick of West Valley and Ruth Quick of West Seneca as well as several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Otis "Red" Failey; her son: Dennis (Lisa) Failey; her siblings: Lloyd, Robert and Carl Quick, Marion Mitchell, Leon Quick and Barbara Nelson; a brother-in-law: Kenneth Rice.

There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in Maplewood Cemetery, Springville.
