Phyllis Louise Wiseman, 81, a lifelong resident of Middlelfield, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at UH Geauga Medical Center. She was born on April 28, 1936 in Belington, WV, daughter of the late Jesse and Hazel McCauley. She married Charles H. Wiseman December 24, 1957. They were married 29 years before he died in 1986. Phyllis was a cook at Blazing Bills and loved working, especially with the young ones at the restaurant. She enjoyed volunteering at the American Cancer Society Store in Middlefield; watching soap operas; shopping; going on cruises; and especially being with her family.

Phyllis is survived by her three sons, John (Debbie) Wiseman of Akron, Charles (Sheena)Wiseman of CA, and Van (Dawn)Wiseman of WI; nine grandchildren, Tim (Dani) Wiseman, Nikki (Scott) Mickley, Andrew (Keiko) Wiseman, Michael Wiseman, Melissa (Aaron) Jimenez, Steve (Nina) Wiseman, Mitch (Katie) Wiseman, Rachael Wiseman, and Nick Wiseman;16 great grandchildren; and her two sisters, Mary Lou (Gary) Cross and Pearl Spessert. She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Calling hours will be 4:00-7:00 PM with a Celebration of Life at 7:00 PM Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Russell-Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High St., Middlefield. A Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 17 at Concord Cemetery in Belington, West Virginia
