Obituary for Paul J Brown
Paul Joseph Brown, 56, of Mays Landing, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018 at ARMC Mainland Division, from complications due to diabetes. He was a devoted Son, Brother and Friend.
He was predeceased by his parents Bernard J. and Carmena C. Brown, as well as his brother Bernard F. Brown and sister Margaret E. Donnelly.
He is survived by his sister Concetta Brown, nephew Paul Leidy, niece Maryellen Rose and many loving cousins.
Until his recent illness, Paul was employed by E.V. Dump Truck Services in Pomona, NJ for many years. Paul worked diligently to fulfill his lifelong dream as a Tractor Trailer Truck Driver.
Paul Brown was a friend of Bill W.’s for twenty-five consecutive years. He touched many lives and was deeply loved by family and friends. His greatest joy was helping those who needed the most help. He loved to tinker with cars, feed the birds and visit friends from Maine to Florida. He enjoyed the simple things in life. He will be truly missed.
Visitation will take place at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 5201 Harding Highway, Mays Landing, NJ from 10am-11am on Saturday, February 17, 2018, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Entombment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing immediately following.
