Obituary for Flora Fern Bobo

Flora Fern Bobo, 85, of Muskogee, OK, was born January 28, 1933 at Spiro, OK, the daughter of Wilford and Rosie Ann (Bull) Robey and died Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Muskogee. Flora was a homemaker and member of the First Church of Christ in Muskogee.

Survivors include her daughters, Tracy Foster of Tulsa, Kimberly and Ray Cole of Montana; son, Norvell Miller, Jr. and wife, Cora, of Wyandotte, OK; 19 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Joe Miller, Sr. and Charles Bobo; daughter, Vicky Phillips; son, Jerry Bruce Miller; three brothers, Robert, Vester, and Clay Robey; two sisters, Marguerite Onthehill and Katherine Bobo.

Services for Flora will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2018 at Middleton chapel Cemetery in Oktaha, OK, with Reverend Rodney Mattox officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home of Muskogee.
