Johnnie Edward  Romo
Johnnie Edward Romo, 60, of Tahlequah, OK, was born November 14, 1957 at Lawton, OK, the son of Johnnie Romo and Connie (Winchester) Romo and went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 12, 2018 in Tahlequah.

Johnnie was a grateful believer in Jesus Christ and was not afraid to share what He meant to him. He loved music and if you knew Johnnie, when a song played you could not stop those feet from tapping! Through Johnnie’s life struggles, he has served as a mentor to many and always had words of encouragement for those in need.

Surviving family includes wife, Stacy Jameson-Romo, of their home; two sons, Johnnie Romo of Tulsa, OK, Jason Romo of Mounds, OK; four sisters, Brenda White of Wichita, KS, Tabatha McReynolds of Muskogee, OK, Rita Schamberger of Belton, MO, and Shirley Lense of Kiefer, OK; three brothers, Ricky Dean Romo of Kiefer, OK, James Champlain of Muskogee, OK, and Kevin Romo of Stockton, CA; two granddaughters, Cooper and Madilyn Romo of Mounds, OK.

A memorial service for Johnnie will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Central Baptist Church, 624 Eastside Blvd, with Brother Gary Smith officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home of Muskogee.
