AUGUSTA, MAINE
LeRoy “Bubba” Andrew Morton Jr. - passed away Sunday February 25th peacefully at home. 59 years young born March 7th 1958.
Predeceased by his father LeRoy Sr., and sister, Diane. He is survived by his wife Debbie, his mother Johanna; four children: James and Shelly, Hanna and Josh, Jeremy and Rhiannon, and Janas; 10 grandchildren; Shayne, Gage, Trei, Jade, Rebecca, Colby, Jackson, Isabella, Shante, Kylie and Archer; his four sisters: Sydney and Norman, Cheryl and John, Sandra, and Rhonda and Dwayne, brother in law, Carroll, and many nieces and nephews.
He is a member of Central Church and was a proud member of his men’s bible study.
LeRoy was a jack of all trades, but he spent most of his working career as a carpenter. He always put his family first and loved whenever everyone would get together. The past year has been a rollercoaster ride that had many ups and many downs. Highlights of LeRoy’s final times were his trip to the Patriots training camp back in August thanks to the Dream Foundation and the many adventures him and Debbie got to experience together.
Relatives and friends may visit on Wednesday February 28th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta, ME. The funeral will be on Thursday March 1st at 11am located at Central Church, 20 Mission Ave., Augusta, ME. We want to Thank Karla, his CNA, his Doctor, Jennifer, and Nurse, Chris, and everyone else from Hospice and Palliative care for everything they did for LeRoy and his family.
