Condolence: I just noticed this, I am so sorry. I worked with Charlie for several years at the state. We were in a car pool together, too. He was a great guy. My favorite story about him was during the "oil crisis" he refused to run out and buy a wood stove, like so many of us. He said, "Wood is too much work". He then showed all the work he wanted to do to heat his home by pretending to turn up a fake thermostat.

Condolence: Joyce and Charlie were such wonderful neighbors. They treated our children as if they were their grandchildren. It will be sad and strange to be out in our backyard on a nice day and look over and not see them there. We are deeply saddened by their loss and they will both be sorely missed.

Had we seen the posting of Joyce's passing we would certainly have come to express our condolences.

May God bless your family during this time and always.

Sincerely, Susan, Joe, Jeannine & Sam

Condolence: Dear family of Charlie,
Certainly Charlie was greeted by "Well done, good and faithful servant" by the Almighty God.
I so enjoyed the "hugs" we shared after daily Mass. I will certainly miss Charlie, and it was a blessing to have known him!

May you be comforted at this very sad time. Know that you will be remembered in my humble prayers.

Audrey & Herb Colby
