Condolence: I worked with Fantley for many years at Oklahoma Children's Center and at D.H.H. I never worked with a more honorable individual and one that truly loved and lived within the GRACE of our Lord. I so appreciated his quick and sharp sense of humor. He knew what he stood for and lived his life striving to always share his courage and faith with other. I will miss visiting with him here in this earthly realm but look forward to joining him again in heaven. My true and sincere thoughts and prayers to each of his family in this time of sorrow and yet rejoicing of his new heavenly home. Jerry/Barbara Clouse.
