Obituary for Judith K. O'Donnell (Kipp)

Judith K.  O'Donnell (Kipp)
Judith K. O’Donnell, 75, of Shippensburg, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital, Harrisburg.

She was born July 13, 1942 in Windam Twp, Bradford County. Judith was a daughter of the late Andrew H. and Eliza V. Cowell Kipp.

She was a member of South Mountain Chapel Brethren in Christ Church, Shippensburg. Judith retired from Cumberland Crossings, Carlisle where she was a CNA. Prior to working at the home, she worked for six years at Carlisle Tire and Rubber and for 12 years was a Supervisor at Motts in Aspers. She was a 1960 graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School.

Judith is survived by her husband, John G. O’Donnell; four children, Randy S. Farner and his wife Paula of Shippensburg, Michelle R. Spencer and her husband Eric of Newville, Kristie J. Cover and her husband Rick of Shippensburg and Tracy D. Furry of Orrstown; three brothers, Larry Kipp of Newville, Forrest Kipp of Athens, PA and William Kipp of Lakeville, MA; one sister, Diane Kelley of Gillette, PA; ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Eber D. Farner who passed away in 1995 and one sister, Lucille Henry who passed away in 1974.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 9, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Shippensburg. Officiating will be The Rev. David A. Erisman. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
