Such a sad loss. I loved Kay! She was a kind, sweet lady who will be missed by many. Growing up in Little Italy, I was frequently sent to the Caruso's store by my mom. I was always greeted with a friendly hello and a reminder to "walk with my feet straight", as I towed in a bit. I will never forget her laugh. She was a fixture in Little Italy and like so many from the neighborhood, are considered "family". So sad to lose her.
