Angela Amoroso

When a person you care about lives a long and full life, you think they will be around forever. So it was with my mom, so it is with her brother Peter my uncle and Godfather. I think I washis very first niece. As he carried me into the church for my Baptism so has he always been around at important moments in my life. Not a man of many words, but always there when I needed advice or direction. He was stern and I secretly (I thought) called him uncle smiley. We shared many wonderful memories from the shore, at grandma's house on South 10th Street and holidays in Long Valley. I will miss my visits but mostly I will miss our regular telephone talks. Rest in peace Unvle Peter, Your loving niece, Angela
