Obituary for Judith L. Wright (Schneider)
CLIFTON PARK Judith Lee Wright, 70, of Linden Park Drive died Thursday March 15, 2018 at St. Peter’s Hospice Inn. Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late Lee and Julia Mazur Schneider.
A 1965 graduate of Catholic Central High School, she graduated at the top of her Class. Early in her career she was offered a job as a secretary with the FBI. She owned and operated Faerie Heart Creations in Clifton Park. She and her husband Ed, who was the love of her life, were together since the age of 14 and spent 50 wonderful years married until his passing in 2011. She was proud of the family they raised and treasured every Christmas Eve and 4th of July picnic with her family. She enjoyed camping and traveling and especially the ocean, having visited, Hawaii, Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Mexico with her family.
She is the widow of Edward J. Wright who died in 2011 and is the devoted mother of Christine DeMichele (Keith), Michelle Knight (Ed) of Scotia, Jason Wright and Judi Gawinski (Andrew) of Clifton Park. She is sister of Janice Burridge (Craig) of South Carolina and proud grandmother of Nic, Zachary, Jake, Ame, JJ, Bella, Tia and Tori. Also surviving is her dear friends Alison Miller and Patty Sprague, many loving nieces, nephews and cousins and her feline companion, Griffin.
She was loved to the moon and back.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday at 6 pm at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St., (Rte.32), Waterford.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home Monday from 4-6 prior to the service.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to: St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or St. Peter’s Hospice Inn, 315 S. Manning Boulevard Albany, NY 12208.
