Vicki Graves Davis

Dear Karen and family, I'm so sorry about your loss of your daddy. My Daddy has been gone 9+ years now and I miss him very much. I had the pleasure of speaking to your daddy when he came to our July 4th musical at our church several years ago. I was so happy he went up on stage with others who served in the military and was honored. Sherrill asked me, via Facebook, for a picture I took of him at the event. Daddy told lots of tales about life on the Pumpkinvine Creek with the Cheatham boys. Those were simpler times. Cathy reminded me that my grandfather, Blue, helped build a ramp at your grandparents' home for your grandfather's wheelchair. The Cheatham and Graves families go way back. My parents were very close to Oliver and Earline throughout their lives and thought so much of your daddy as well. May you be comforted by fond memories and the knowledge you will see him again. Our family donated to Gideons International in memory of your father. God bless you and your family. Sincerely, Vicki Graves Davis
