Most of my memories of Rick are from High School. He had a wry sense of humor, and you had to be on your toes to get many of his jokes and observations. As I recall, he was the only person I knew who was a big fan of Steely Dan. We were in a handful of wedding parites together during the mid-80s. The tequila shots always seemed to be flowing, and I suspect Rick had a hand in some of that. We last saw each other at our 25th High School Reunion, and I was looking forward to seeing him again at our 40th sometime this year.
