Charles Edward Mahn, aged 51 years, of Temple passed away peacefully at his home during the early morning hours of Saturday, March 31, 2018. He was born on the 22nd day of August 1966 in San Antonio, Texas to Patrick and Linda Mahn.

Charles graduated from Belton High School. He was a devoted Christian and faithful servant to his Lord and was a member of The Point Christian Fellowship Church in Temple. Charles has been a greeter at Wal-Mart in Temple for the past 10 years and many will miss his joyful “Welcome to Wal-Mart” greeting upon entering the store. With his tenure at Wal-Mart, Charles has made many friends and acquaintances. Charles’ joyful demeanor and outlook on life will be missed by all that knew him. He has been a resident of Bell County for the past 37 years.

Charles is survived by his parents Patrick and Linda of Temple, one sister Patricia Rickenbacker and husband David and one brother Keith E. Mahn and wife Wendy. He also leaves behind four aunts, Margaret McBride, Laura Gregory and husband Warren, Nikki Starks and Jaki Mayes and husband Robert as well as one uncle, William Mahn and wife Irene and numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at The Point Christian Fellowship Church located at 514 N. 3rd St. in Temple on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 2 PM with Pastor Robert Millikan officiating.
