My heartfelt condolences to Sue's family and friends. I have not seen Sue for many years, but remember her well from her work with the Tompkins Cortland Labor Coalition when I was involved many years back. Sue was a good spirit and an inspiration for the work we all were committed to doing; and, I know she continued in that commitment long after I worked with her. Her thoughtfulness about her fellow human beings made a difference in this world. None of us can hope for more. Please know that many people you do not even know are mourning her passing. I echo the thoughts of many in the labor community when I express my caring for all of you, her family and friends, in this difficult time.
