Condolence: To Mr. Carnovale's loved ones, my condolences for your loss. We do not know each other, but I want to share with you that I had the fortune of meeting gentlemen whom I believe to be friends or family members of Mr. Carnovale.
On a visit to Westminster Cemetery, my front tires got stuck and severely embedded in the soggy dirt along the side of the driveway entrance. A lovely gentleman in a pick-up truck stopped to offer help and went above and beyond to set my car free, even damaging 2 of his own straps in the process, not to mention getting wet and dirty. Another gentleman offered up his strap (which also got damaged) to help successfully hoist my car to freedom, while yet another stayed for support and advice.
I gathered that these men had just left Mr. Carnovale's burial, and I am grateful and humbled to have received their efforts.
I feel watched over by all my loved ones who rest at that cemetery. I will add Mr. Carnovale's to my prayers for eternal peace and rest, because indirectly, he also helped me today. The proverb,"Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who you are," surely applies here, telling me Mr. Carnovale was a good man.
My apologies if I overstepped by writing in this forum, but I felt the need to thank Mr. Carnovale along with his "buddies".
