The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Emory Freeman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Although I did not know Emory well, I have fond memories of the stories my mother Nell and grandmother Ann told about him. My sympathy goes out to his family.

Condolence From: Beverly & Richard Pond
Condolence: I will always treasure my sweet memories of Granddad. Whenever I called him, I would say "Hi, Granddad, this is Beverly" and he would say, "WHO"
Then I would say,"Beverly Pond your granddaughter in Austin, Tx. then he would say (i imagine with a
smile on his face), "Oh, Beverly Pond from Austin, Tx. how are your dad & your sisters,Sue and Vicki doing"
it is those moments that make me smile.
