The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of David Crouse can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

This was my father. He moved back in my life over 20 something years to have a relationship with me. I cherish every day we spent together we had a lot of laughs together. Him and I was going to the mall one time and I didn't know how to get their so he said he could show me. Well I was driving his van and we drove for a while then I saw a sign that said welcome to Kentucky I told dad this isn't the mall he look up and said oh well you can't say we haven't took a trip together. I love you dad and you will be missed love Tammy
