Condolence: I worked for Louis at Skyway Jack's in St. Pete for several years. He was a good Boss! No one could cook our daily specials like him. Whenever he made Spinach Pie he always let me take a piece of it home. Every Christmas he would put out an unbelievable buffet for all the customers and employees.
