My heart is so heavy with this news. I have so many good Frank stories I tell. He was one of those people where you say, “I used to work with this guy Frank, and I remember this one day when...” He always could make me laugh but beneath it all he had a heart of gold and would go to the moon and back to help anyone. We had some deep conversations about life and love and faith, so I learned beneath that sometimes (fake)grump exterior he was a softy. He was more committed to our customer missions than most anyone, and loved trips to the field to do any and everything to help them be successful. I remember one time having to tell him that he could not go on a specific trip to fix something, and he kept coming back over and over begging to go. He just couldn’t stand thinking there was a problem out there that he couldn’t roll up his sleeves and help. That was the spirit that made us all so great as a work team. More so, he never let any of us forget how much he loved his wife and family. You were so loved by many, Frank, and glad to see now that you are finally deployed to the ultimate home.
