Jerry Don Rose

Funeral Services for Mr. Jerry Don Rose, 62, of Plano are scheduled for 2:00 pm Tuesday May 8, 2018 at Alexander Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson with Pastor Micha Wells officiating. Interment will follow at Bomar Point Cemetery of Wilson. Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Jerry was born on August 5, 1955 at Frederick OK to Mr. Ellery Don Rose and Mrs. Ruby Maxine (Courtney) Rose. He departed this life on Tuesday May 1, 2018 at a healthcare facility in Dallas, TX.

Jerry was raised at Frederick and Tipton graduating high school in 1973 from Tipton High. He moved to Dallas where he studied computers and soon met and married the former Cindy McNeme. They were united in marriage on on July 4, 1974 at the Grace Baptist Church of Plano, TX. They made their home in Plano where Jerry mainly worked as a mechanic on motorcycles and cars. He also owned and operated several rental properties within the Plano area. Jerry loved riding motorcycles and many trips riding to White Rock Lake.

Preceding him in death is his mother in law, Beth McNeme.

Survivors include his loving wife Cindy of the home in Plano; parents, Don and Maxine Rose of Tipton; father in law, Frank McNeme and wife Pat of Cumberland Cove Resort; sister, Frankie Paris and husband Jeff of Carrolton, TX and Jennifer Keever and husband Gabriel of Yukon; sisters in law, Kathy Holloway and husband David of McKinney, TX, Penny McNeme of Garland, TX, Georgia Finney and husband Roy of Brenham, TX and Brenda Huddleston and husband Bruce of McKinney, TX; brother in law, Raymond McNeme and wife Lisa of Frisco, TX; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family.

Pallbearers are Tommy Snow, Hoss Snow, Jared Sturgis, Jon Mercer, Michael Senato and Kim Walker.

Honorary Bearers are Richard Rose, Mike Vince and the late Rick Hall.
