Condolence From: Thomas O'Neill
Condolence: Wayne was a fellow lineman that I worked with in Grand Junction Colorado. He was like a brother to me, some referred to us as the "bulk brother's" long story. Sadly I lost track of him as life moved on but never quit trying to find him. Sadly now I have and I will miss him very much. My condolences to his family and his fellow workers, and to others that knew him.
