Charles Pereira Cardozo, 24, of Newington, passed away peacefully on May 13th 2018. He was born on April 22, 1994 in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, the son of Manoel Cardozo and Jeovana Costa. He came to the United States in 2012 to pursue his dreams and aspirations. Unfortunately his untimely death did not allow him to fully pursue those dreams.
Charles will be remembered for all of his good qualities including his sense of humor and smile. He will ultimately be remembered for his devotion to his friends and family. Charles was a member of the Brazilian Community and a practicing member of the Our Lady of Fatima Church in Hartford. Two of Charles’ greatest passions were for soccer and automobiles.
Charles is survived by his parents Manoel Cardozo and Jeovana Costa. His stepfather James M Luis. His brother’s James J Luis, Jack Luis and his sister Raisa Cardozo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends..
Calling hours will be Thursday 5/17/18 from 10:30-11:30am at Sheehan-Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford.
