I am so very sorry to hear of Wendell’s passing. Growing up with him and all of the neighborhood kids was so much fun. I have many fond memories of all of us neighborhood kids riding bikes, playing baseball and other games at one another’s houses during the summer until late at night. I was fortunate to have had dinner with him and all the neighborhood gang shortly after I moved back to Palatka and was able to catch up with him. It was a lot of fun reliving those memories and catching up on what we had all been doing thru the years. Wendell was great fun to be around and I am proud to have been able to call him my friend. He was an amazing man and friend who will be greatly missed.
