FERGUSON, Elizabeth Ann "Bette" (nee Welsh) - Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Bette passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Bette is survived by the love of her life, her husband Anderson "Andy", her niece Liz and her great-nieces Kate and Sarah. She worked for almost 25 years at Niagara College where she retired as Director of Student Services.
