Condolence: Gladys is and will always be a wonderful childhood memory for me. I grew up with her niece who is still my dearest friend and "vacationed" as a teenager at her sister Virginia's home, which Gladys always found amusing, that I was there again & again when she would visit...even if many months went by in between her visits...I seemed to be there... She was always kind to me and that smile was warm & comforting. Her children are just the same, very warm wonderful people with smiles that light up a room... My wishes for her family is to know how special Gladys is and how much they were loved by her. I hope with all of my heart that you all find peace and comfort in this difficult time and know that even many years later she still touched my life and I will always be grateful for that brief encounter in July 2017, when I saw the warm smile & wrapped myself in her hug.. it brought me right back to my childhood & that makes me smile even now. May you now be free of sickness and be in the peace you so deserve and know that you have touched lives even in this "semi-middle-aged" teenager at heart! love to you all.
