Obituary for Daisymae Gervasio-Evers
TROY Daisymae Gervasio-Evers, 53, of West Sunnyside Way, died Wednesday May 30, 2018 at Samaritan Hospital. Born in Troy she was the daughter of Jeanne Lessard Gervasio and the late Paul Gervasio. She was eduated in East Haven CT schools and at Cohoes High School.
Daisymae had worked at Tyco Healthcare in Argyle for 10 years and retired in 2009 due to disability. Prior to that she had worked at Comfortex in Maplewood.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband Mitchell Evers, her siblings, Michael Gervasio (Margaret), Theresa Bankowsi, Rosalie Repp (Edward Jr.) and Frank Gervasio (Laura). She is predeceased by her brother Paul Gervasio. She is also predeceased by her step father Robert Simmons and her nephew Randall Gervasio. Many Nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Friday at noon at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rte.32), Waterford. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 9 am – noon prior to the funeral.
