Condolence: I was a childhood friend of Sandra's and was thinking about her family Snocone business on Phillips street in Alvin. I googled her name and found this obituary. I am so sad and sorry that I did not stay in touch. We had some great times with my best friend, Mary Richey, who lived across the street. RIP Sandra and Mary (died in 2016) and I know they are having fun in the afterlife!
