I just found out about his passing today.
I had the privilege of knowing and doing business with Frank for over 35 years. He was a very well respected member of the national stamp dealer community. He leaves a void in his specialty of US coil and booklet stamps, and I will greatly miss our regular conversations, and our annual bets on the Packers Vikings games.
