Terry (Terrence) Oster
It's with sadden hearts we announce the passing of our father, Terry (Terrence) Oster on July 22, 2018 at La Vendrye Hospital in Fort Frances, ON.
Terry was born June 21, 1940 to George and Evelyn Oster in Fort Frances, ON. In 1970, he married Marion McDougall in Fort Frances and raised 3 children, Teresa, Tim and Ted.
Terry is survived by his children; daughter Teresa Oster, sons Tim Oster and Terrence (Ted) Oster; grandchildren Dakota Humphries Oster and Jazmine Sinclair. He is also survived by his brother Lynn Oster, sisters Donalda (Bob) Friesen, Judy (Phil) Redwood, Jackie Garon and Karen Garon and many nieces and nephews.
Terry was predeceased by his parents George and Evelyn Oster (nee McMahon) and brothers Gerald, Michael and Lorne Oster.
Terry loved life in country, living much of his life in Grassy Portage Bay and Alberton Township with his family and many dogs and he love watching hockey. He loved his hockey.
Terry will be greatly missed by his family.
A celebration of Terry's Life will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at the Northridge Funeral Home in Emo, ON at 11 a.m- 1 p.m.
Terry will be interred with his parents at Riverview Cemetery, Fort Frances ON.
