Condolence: I would like you all know that I am so very sorry to learn of Bill's passing. One of the three Sheaffer boys, a fine person and a fine football player. Loved having him at CV. All three of you gave me special memories and I send you my deepest sympathy. It's been a tough summer here for me. We lost Carosielli, Jere Brown and now Bill. It makes me think too much. Take care! Bill was always a kidder and I loved being around him. I was looking forward to seeing him at our 50th reunion in April of 2018. I will miss seeing him.

Condolence: Just to let you know you all are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. Bill greeted us each morning in the Prothonotary's Office at the Court house. Almost always having a smile to brighten the day. Congratulations to 35 years of service with the county and being able to enjoy some retirement. He was a great co-worker.
