Dear Mike, Karen, Steven and Family Our hearts are heavy since we heard the news. Alex worked for ups and delivered to Marymount college dorm for years and became good friends with Mike. He said he was always helpful with deliveries. I also worked down the block from the dorm and would see Mike all the time on my lunch break in the neighborhood. As Alex is battling brain cancer now and retired from ups when he came to nyc for his follow up scans he always stopped by to see Mike. I also shared the scan results with him every other month and can tell by his response how happy he was and he would often talk about an uncle who was going through treatment as well. They were both big Marvel fans and Deadpool so they would share opinions on the movies they saw. I recently saw him crossing third avenue on his way to get lunch always smiling-this is how we will remember him. We are gonna miss him, may he rest in peace. With sincere condolences.
