Condolences

Condolence From: Gail Fletcher
Condolence: Condolences to my cousins, John, Lori and Ann on the passing of their mother, MaryAnn. I will always remember Aunt MaryAnn as a lively, strong-willed lady with a love of learning. In our emails, she often mentioned her volunteer work for the Make-A-Wish foundation and desire to make the world a better place. She will live on in my thoughts. You are in my prayers during this time of sadness. Love, Gail

Condolence From: Karl Piotrowski
Condolence: Our condolences to John and his sisters. My first memory of Aunt Mary Ann was 1946 when I spent a month or so in Stevens Point with Grandma and Grandpa Piotrowski. Aunt Mary Ann and me shared space in the attic. She was in High School at the time. Uncles Mel and Larry were courting. They took Aunt Mary Ann and me along with them many evenings to movies and bars...where we listened to the music while they danced. Later Aunt Mary Ann would call my folks in Cambridge when telephone traffic was light ...as she sat at the switchboard in Stevens Point. She enjoyed chatting with my Mom, Edna.

Condolence From: Dee Dee Brodie
Condolence: My deepest sympathies to my cousins; Ann, Laurie & John on the passing of their mother, my Aunt Mary Ann. My first memory of Aunt Mary Ann was at her wedding on July 5th, 1954. It was my first trip to Wisconsin, my first "Polish Wedding" experience, and it was my 6th birthday!. I was sure they had picked that date because of my birthday! I was fortunate to have spent time with her several times during the next 64 years & she and my mother, Lillian, remained close. Mary Ann attended my Mom's 90th birthday celebration in 2008, and we all had a time keeping up with the Piotrowski Girls. I know you all will miss her and I hope you will keep the dear memories close to you. Time will heal your sorrow. Love, Dee Dee
