Susan Stewart(nee Biesenthal) passed away August 25, 2018 at the age of 67 in Hospice Renfrew after a short battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Emerson Stewart, with whom she owned and ran their business Valley Upholstering for 41 years. She was the cherished mother of Christal Stewart and Justin Stewart. She was the most amazing Grandma to William and Wyatt Ellens.
She is survived by her mother Emma Fox, sisters Chris Stresman(Connie), Barb McGinnis(Gerry) and brother Tom Biesenthal(Erika).
She is remembered by many family and friends as being a fantastic cook, a delicious baker and a creative crafter. She will never be forgotten for her great hospitality and her ability to make light and laughter of any situation.
A Celebration of Susan’s life to be held on Sunday September 16th from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Shady Nook Recreation Centre. In lieu of flowers, we would ask you to make donations to Hospice Renfrew. Arrangements in care of the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Pembroke.
