Doris Virginia Merriken Adkins died on September 21, 2018. She was born on November 18, 1930 to Frank and Mabel Merriken in Salisbury, Maryland.
Doris was preceded in death by her son Eric in 2003 and by her husband Vincent in 2005. She is survived by her brother Stu, her sons Frank and Mark, nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Doris’ funeral service will be 11:00 am Monday, October 1, 2018 at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington where the family will receive friends after 10 am until the time of service. Entombment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
In support of the florist industry, flowers will be welcome.
