Condolence: Dear Moira,

We are so sorry for your loss. Peter and I share many great memories of your mother and will never forget the time she evacuated to our home with Betty and their two cats. It was a joy to have her with us for those days. Her sense of humor helped as we hosted a very full house, while losing electricity for some days.

Your mother's intrepid spirit and generosity are what always struck all those around her. I am so happy I was able to see her when Betty visited Seaside this summer. As always, your mother provided so well for Betty and all of her friends-Betty's arrival was heralded with sandwiches that could feed the whole block and an added bottle of prosecco.

Peter and I truly feel blessed to have known your mother. Our memories of her are of a woman who accomplished much and who rose to each challenge presented to her in life.

Condolence: Dear Moira, we knew your Mom years ago in the 60's when we all hung out together in the Stuyvesant town area taverns and I always gravitated to her - loved her humor, warmth and friendship. Please tell your Aunt Rosemary that we will miss her also.

I was working at Bellevue and your Mom was with HeadStart. I know how much you will miss her but she is always with you!!!!how lucky you are to have had such a wonderful Mom❤️ Ginny
