Hank & the girls

Many (many) years ago, I held a girls night at my house in Ridley Park. The theme of that party was it takes a long time to grow old friends. Friends from my past (old school friends and from previous jobs I held) and many from Boeing were planning to swing by. I had plenty of homemade food and lots to drink. It was a huge turnout. My neighbor stopped in to check on us, as we were very loud. Nevertheless my most memorable moment that night was Hank. He walked in with a huge beautiful tray of tiny strawberry shortcakes that he made! I had never known Hank until that night. Donna invited him to come along to Girls Night. Perhaps Hank invited himself because as I grew to know him, he was a fun guy. Part of my life. I hardly ever saw him but always heard the most endearing stories from Donna. I grew to love him through DonnaDonna (my pet name for Donna). Rest In Peace my dear friend. You will always hold a special place in my heart. Jeanie
