Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday October 1, 2018 at the age of 46.
Survived by Maria and their children Tia and Ty of Whitby
Loved son of George and Anne Hayward of Pickering. Dear brother of Jeffrey Hayward and his wife Maureen of Hamilton and their son James.
Fondly remembered by the Deldoc and Capili family as well as Aunt Norma Kent, Uncle Michael Aunt Donna Strachan.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Saturday October 6th from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
