Condolence From: Tina Banina
Condolence: To all of the wonderful people I reunited with or met for the first time yesterday, thank you. It was bitter sweet to say the least. I’m kicking my self now wishing I had done this years ago so I could have experienced it with you Greg. In the physical world, happy and healthy. That smile, that laugh, those nicknames, those jokes, those stories, those facial expressions- I miss it all. The words that were spoken of you goes to show how playful and caring you truly were. So much time has passed since I attained the nickname “Tina Banina”, 23 years ago. This lovely family moved into the area on Valley and Warminster while I was attending St Joeseph elemtary school. I met Christine and of course Ann Marie and Greg, I swear they instantly became family to me. They took me on my first camping trip experience to Rice Lake which I still talk about to this day! Pretty sure this is how I developed an appreciation for fishing to. I also remember the many times Greg watched us until mom got home from work, he was the best. I was really interested in the pond he had in the backyard, Greg was always happy to show it to me and explain how it worked. He always took pride in the things he created by hand, whether it be in the landscaping or his drawings. Honestly I miss you Greg! I’m sorry life happened and we all drifted apart. I wish I had remained close and enjoyed my adult years around you guys. I’m sorry we had to reunite under these circumstances, but I am thankful to share these memories. Love you guys so much, and please send us a sign in the next family gathering- I promise to be there ! XO

Condolence From: The Degabriele Family
Condolence: Dear Ann Marie, Christine and Family,

We were so saddened to hear of the passing of Greg. Such a great guy--very unassuming with a great heart. We, as a family, enjoyed his banter and shenanigans... like the 'no talking' game he played with our kids, the killer handshake with our son, the grand exit from the driveway in his truck and so on and so on. Greg will be missed and fondly remembered. Our thoughts are with you all.

Lori, Joe, Kyle (Brett), Lauren and Devon xo

Condolence: Dear Ann Marie, Christine and family,
On this thanksgiving weekend we were with extended family and we all reminisce about the many fond memories with Greg everyone had a story, at the cottage, the water fight balloons and tea parties with kids, where he actually drank the tea out of those little cups, how he had a nickname for all of us, the time when he moved and he lost his dog Rif. We were all smiling and laughing. Everyone enjoyed the fun loving guy. It was a pleasure to know Greg and to spend time with him. Greg will live on in our memories and will never be forgotten.
